Calusa National Lakewood Ranch is the newest golf course community in Lakewood Ranch. While no official details have emerged, it is thought that Calusa National Golf Club will be home to an 18 hole golf course and a 12 hole executive course. Calusa National will be located adjacent to Lennar's first bundled golf course community in Lakewood Ranch, Lakewood National.

So what can we expect from Lennar in this new community? Probably a similar assortment of single family homes and condos as are found in Lakewood National, which is not a bad thing (if you have a great formula, why change, right?). In Lakewood National, there are three varieties of condos--terraces, verandas, and coach homes. I would expect this trio of condos to come up in Calusa National Golf Club, but it remains to be known.

No doubt the community will be a huge success, but time will tell what Lennar will do at Calusa National Lakewood Ranch, and we will be here to provide all the information to you!
